Our Response to COVID‑19

Your safety in our massage clinic is important. Under the My Vaccine Pass Protection Framework, as a close contact business, we require all our staff and customers to be at least double vaccinated to enter the premises and access our services. At Bai Mint we will continue with best hygiene practice to meet with the government guidelines, to operate safely. We look forward to see you all for treatments!

What to expect on your next visit

  • Remember to use contract tracing and scan in on arrival.

  • Please present your Vaccine Pass for entry.

  • We ask that you arrive alone and avoid bringing friends or family to your visit that do not have bookings.

  • Please be aware, for the safety of all patrons, without a valid My Vaccine Pass and ID or if a customer displays symptoms consistent with COVID-19, the company reserves the right of refusal of service. In this situation, services will cease immediately, and withdrawn until a My Vaccine Pass and ID or a Doctor’s clearance is obtained.

  • Our team will be wearing face masks. Customers must wear masks in reception area and will be guided by therapists during treatments.

  • If you or someone else around you is unwell, or you have been at a location of interest, please take care and stay home. Please do not visit us while unwell, particularly if your symptoms are consistent with COVID-19. Symptoms include fever, shortness of breath, coughing and a mild tickly throat or a noticeably sore throat. Please only return once you have obtained Doctor’s Clearance.

  • Regular disinfection of high touch counters, hard surfaces, handles, etc. of shared and private areas. We only use the hospital-grade disinfectant or 70% alcohol sprays to ensure complete sanitization. 

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Kindly inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment time to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment.

  • Late cancellation given within 24 hours' notice of a treatment booking will result in your forfeit of the full payment.
